National Park and Pembrokeshire
As mentioned before, Rowston is set in the National park which boasts beautiful scenery with rugged cliffs and sandy coves, wildlife and historic interests.
Pembrokeshire has 186 mile coast path which leads you from Amroth in South Pembrokeshire to St Dogmaels in North Pembrokeshire. There are a number of places to visit along the coastal path including Barafundle beach which has been voted one of the top ten picnic spots in the UK.
There are also many castles along the way and the ancient chapel of St Govan which is set in the cliffs with breathtaking views. Towards the North the coast path takes you through the little city of St Davids which has a beautiful cathedral and a number of quaint gift shops and coffee taverns where you can sit and watch the world go by before venturing off to the next town or village.
