Letting unit rules

1. Telephone reservations for hire units are held for 7 days to allow for receipt of deposit.

2. Booking form must be sent with any deposit.

3. Balance of the hire fee is payable 4 weeks before arrival. If payment is not received by the appointed date we are entitled to assume you do not require the unit, which may then be re-let, without further notice. If we are unable to re-let, the hirer is liable for the balance of the hire fee.

4. Units may be occupied from 3.30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure.

5. All units are supplied with ample duvets, pillows, bed linen, cutlery and crockery: all you need to bring are towels. Colour televisions are supplied in all units.

6. £20.00 will be charged to unit hirers on arrival and returned on inspection on the day of departure. If you leave early, providing everything is satisfactory, we will refund the £20.00 by post. The hirer agrees to hand over the unit in a clean and tidy condition and will make good or pay for any furniture, fixtures and equipment which may be broken, lost or damaged during his/her occupation of the unit.

7. The number of persons including babies must not exceed the stated number of berths.

8. All clients in hired units must use the car parks provided, Cars are not permitted on the grassed area.

9. All units are non smoking and we do not allow any pets in hired units.
